2. What data do we process?

  • Name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided)
  • Content of messages sent via the contact form
  • Order and invoice data when purchasing products
  • Technical data (anonymized IP hash, user-agent) for security

3. Purpose of processing

  • Responding to contact requests
  • Performing agreements and delivering services/products
  • Sending transactional emails (confirmations, deliveries)
  • Legal obligations (accounting, taxes)

4. Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest (business communication and security), and legal obligation.

5. Retention

We keep contact data as long as needed for the relationship or as long as there is active contact. Financial data is kept for 7 years in line with tax law.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with processors needed for our service:

  • Hosting, database & platform (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region)
  • Email delivery (transactional mail provider, EU)
  • Payment processing (Stripe, for product purchases — processes name, email, billing address and payment data)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) — only after analytics consent, with IP anonymization and Consent Mode v2
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel & Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) — only after marketing consent; server-side events are sent hashed (SHA-256)
  • Accounting (invoice data only)

Data processing agreements are in place with all of these parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You can also object to processing. Email us at info@digitain.nl.
